Please Note

The cut portion sizes would be 1"square. Sponge cake portions are normally much larger. Please allow for this when ordering sponge.

A correctly cut 3 tier 6", 9" and 12" round fruit cake would be serve approximately 200 guests. Sponge cake approximately 100 guests. Boxes can be purchased to send slices to friends, family, etc.

Please bear in mind these prices are only a guide depending upon the complexity of design chosen and are based upon all shapes EXCLUDING SQUARE & PETAL. For square cakes add £10 per tier regardless of size. Flamboyant cake decorations, or detailed modelling, involves a great deal of work and would be quoted accordingly. We are always happy to give a quote without any kind of obligation, or help you design a cake to suit your budget. A 40% deposit is required on booking to secure your date in our schedule; the balance is payable four weeks before the event.

PRICES INCLUDE:-

Individual design of cake(s), with personal consultation. Choice of ingredients & spirits. We believe that all tastes differ, and to that end believe that not everyone enjoys the traditional fruit cake. We give all our customers the choice of ingredients that go into the cake. For example, a customer may wish to leave out candy peel, nuts & glace cherries, and add apricots, pineapple or other fruit of choice. This is included in the price. Also included is delivery within 50 miles of our shop in Cheltenham (Gloucestershire). A small fee is payable for other destinations. If delivery is to the venue, setup will also be included. We also supply cutting cakes. These cakes are covered in white almond paste and icing to match the main cake. As an example, an 8” cutting cake would be £50.00, 12” would be £85.00. We would be happy to cut these for you, at a cost of £5.00 per cake.

ALLERGENICS

We are happy to make Nut Free & Gluten Free cakes. Please ask us for a quotation.

PLEASE NOTE

Nut free cakes are made in the same environment as cakes made with nuts.
