Dandelion's speciality is cakes. Every cake is created by Margaret Davies, who started her artistic career creating 1:12 scale miniature dolls. The artistic ability goes into her cakes and cake toppers too. From the mixing of the ingredients, to the creation of her cake toppers, she is the only person who will have any part in the making of the finished item that will eventually take pride of place at a wedding reception or other venue. Unlike some other cake makers, no cakes are kept pre- made (A few are kept in stock for emergency orders only). Dandelion's cakes start with the order. Margaret believes that individual cakes begin by discussion with the person ordering it, which is why it is so important to order the cake well in advance of the wedding or celebration. 

NUT & GLUTEN ALLERGY 

We are happy to make a gluten & nut free cake should any of your guests be allergenic. However, these cakes are still made in the same environment as cakes made with nuts. This will not normally affect people with nut/gluten allergies. It should be noted that some nut/gluten allergy sufferers may still be affected and can suffer anaphylactic shock as a result. There is little or no difference in taste between gluten/nut & gluten/nut free cakes, so other guests will enjoy it too!

CAKE DELIVERY

Unless otherwise stated, cake delivery and setup is included in the price quoted, within a 20 mile radius of our shop in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. If delivery is more than 20 miles there will be a mileage delivery charge. An excess charge is applicable for all single tier cakes.
